Eating carbs before bed

Eating carbs before bed makes you fat right? Turns out that's not true at all. Infact you can eat loads of carbs at night and still wake up even leaner. You just have to know how to bend the rules.

Enter Carb Back-loading by John Kiefer...

John is a physicist with a passion for exercise and nutrition. He used his physicist background and applied it to all the latest research regarding nutrition and carbohydrates in particular. The result is Carb Back-loading, a great new book which details how you can eat all the tasty foods like pizza and donuts and still lose fat and keep it off once you arrive at your destination!

There's really too much detail in the book to sum it up in a blog post (there's 50 pages just of references after all!) but please go to his site to get more info, especially if you are interested in eating carbs before bed.
